Return Requests / Warranty Info

Please read the following before submitting a Return Request email:

 Only items purchased directly from can be returned and/or refunded (even gifts!).  The item must be returned within 30 days, in original condition with tags attached to receive a refund. For a return, you will need to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to returning your item.  To obtain the RA#, please email with the following information:

1. Order Number from
2. Customer Name & contact info
3. Product style and colour
4. Please explain in detail the issue with the ENO product
5. Please include a clear close up photo as well as a zoomed out photo
6. Please allow 2-3 business days for response once the application is submitted.
Once you obtain a RA#, please mail the item(s) to the address provided to you by Customer Service.  Please make sure that the RA# is visible on the inside AND outside of the box. We do not accept returns without this number, items that are sent without a RA# will be refused.
The customer is responsible to pay shipping on all returned items.  We recommend tracking. Shipping charges on original order are not refunded.
We do not have an exchange program - you have return the original order for a refund and place a second order for the next item. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
